I was born in Turbo Colombia from Peruvian parents. I relocated to Panama
about 26 years ago. I have 5 years experience in hotel management and I indulge myself delivering excellent quality service to clients; my eager to serve and please clients allows  my imagination flow in all areas in the hostel tourist field, however, at this time I´ll talk to you about the kitchen, where I have an extensive experience in culinary art and my food preparation includes menus from local flair to where your mind allows you to get.

I am a positive person and love giving support to ideas and goals of my clients and/or anyone around me. I have decided to improve my English skills and I am enjoying it. I love the Caribbean and I look forward to continue growing my skills in the tourist arena and providing the best hospitality services, now on board.

Nací en Colombia de descendencia Peruana. Vivo en Panamá desde hace aproximadamente 26 años. Tengo 5 años de experiencia gerenciando hoteles y me satisface entregar excelente calidad de servicio al cliente,  mi impetu por el servicio y complacencia hace que deje volar mi imaginación en todo el campo hospitalario turístico sin embargo en este momento le hablare especialmente de la cocina donde poseo una extensiva experiencia en arte culinario desde menús locales hasta donde su imaginación le permita llegar.

I would like to add that, having been privileged to Isabel’s cooking for several months, her description leaves out my perspective of enjoying her work. I can tell you many good things about her cooking, the seasoning, the attention to detail of both the flavor and presentation of food.. I could go on and on, but to sum it up, I can simply tell you that you will not be disappointed. Everything has tasted and looked fabulous that she has prepared. You cannot get better cooking at any restaurant that I have ever been to, and her cooking is certainly much better than most restaurants.
