I did a search on your address and I came up with stuff that seems odd:

• You are in Tulsa Oklahoma (certainly not Kiteboarding Paradise).

• Tulsa indeed - As a criteria for credit card processing, we had to list a US address, so this is the address of the guy that answers the phone. Believe me, Tulsa is not a kiteboarding paradise, but that's ok, the boat operates in locations that most people think are kiteboarding paradise.
  

• You address is a residence, not a commercial location.

• We are trying to keep our overhead down to keep costs reasonable to you. Commercial space is expensive, so we don't pay for it. Our prices are around 30% cheaper than similar services.
  

• Your house is for sale.

• Yeah, the guy that answers the phone is a kiter too. He really wants to get out of Tulsa and closer to a location that is more conducive to kiting. He has to sell his house before he can relocate.
  

Who is Ben Franklin and Napolean B.?

Ben Franklin is, among other things, a very famous kiter. All kidding aside, these are just pen names of the partners. Names we created for writing articles.

Why do we use pen names and not real names?

Things change and as the business grows we would expect to hire people to take our place so that we can enjoy kiting as much as you do. If we had our real names, we expect people would try to contact us directly personally and not whomever we had running the business and we might be out of touch or difficult to reach, so our answer was to have pen names and try to stay reasonably anonymous to give you better customer service.

Your website is a bit sucky. Can you do something about that?

You have no idea how many times we have heard that. The short answer is "No". Good websites cost money and we don't charge a high rate for trips, thus we don't have a lot of money. Our web guy is just using mostly free or public-domain software to put the site together and this is what we got. So enjoy the kiting from the Yacht; that is where we put most of the money...
